Refund policy

You have 14 days after receiving your calendar to tell us you want to return it. To do so, email charles.vandrepol@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back.

The calendar must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your calendar arrives damaged, defective or with a printing problem, please send us a photo by email within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.

Once we receive the returned item, or the photo of a defective item, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.

Because each calendar is printed on demand, orders can be cancelled only until printing starts. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
